Established in 1934 our law office provides the full range of legal services to both german and international clients for nearly 75 years. We assist clients in a variety of legal matters, ranging from general corporate work, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, protection of intellectual property rights, labour law to constructions and Real Estate law i.e.

Together with our cooperation partner, the tax consultants of Bordt & Graeter Steuerberater Sozietät, we strongly believe in our client centered approach of consulting in both fields, legal and tax. Our network partners in Galexy and Advoselect enable us together with our in-house specialists to consult our clients in a variety of law fields not commonly found in a law firm of our size.

Our international orientation offers significant advantages to our clients whereas in certain fields of law we do not hesitate to engage external lawyers of our network partners in order to provide highly sophisticated but individual consulting which meets our clients demands. Our office is certified and controlled by DIN ISO 9001:2008 in order to ensure the continuity of our work and the knowledge, availability and confidentiality of our lawyers.

Our law firm has two domiciles: one in Oehringen and the other in Gaildorf. Both offices provide the same extensive range of services.
